High-efficiency energy recovery systems, consisting of several heat exchangers in circuit connect arrangement, require a special internal hydraulic coupling with a maximum part of counter flow.
The heat exchanger must be able to drain and vent in the installed position. This particular circuit has been developed by us in 1985 and is produced by more and more manufacturers of heat exchangers. This particular circuit is suitable for staggered and in line arrangement.
It was the desire of many manufacturers to be able to acquire an application which can draw this particular circuit. Only 5 input data are needed.
The application calculates the packet size per two tube rows in the depth from the top down, in this example 4/2/2/4/2, and records the circuit. The rear arches are drawn thin and thick front. The pipes with vents and drains are shown in gray.
